Using ResumeBay

My ResumeBay This is where you store, view, and manage all the resumes you reviewed and saved. The link is located in My ShiftBay under the My Profile menu. 1a. Click the My ResumeBay link to view all the resumes you have accumulated. Labels Creating Labels help you organize the resumes you will  or have accumulated in your My ResumeBay. Think of it as a filing system. The link is located in My ShiftBay under the My Profile menu. 1. Click the Labels link. 2. Input a name description in the labels field. 3. Click the Submit button. 4. Repeat steps 2 & 3 to add more labels.

Resume Search 1. Click the Search tab. 2. Click the Find Service Providers link. This link is located in the Search menu under the sub-header Users. 3. Input your search criteria. 4. Click the Search button.

Resume Selection 5. Click one of the boxes just left to the information provided to make your selection. Note: You can make multiple selections by clicking additional boxes. Also to find out more about the Invite to Bid, Preferred List, and Block List buttons. Please refer to Manage Applicants (Resume) in the How to section. 6. Click the View Resume button.

Viewing & Saving Resumes 7. Select a Label. 8. Click the Add button. 9. Click the Save button. 1a. Click the Yes button to view resume. Note: You will be prompt to purchase credit if you have not done so previously, or you will have to make a payment to save or view your resume selection(s). Also after you make a purchase to view a resume, you still have the option to save your resume selection. Except if you do decide to save your selection after viewing it, you still have to purchase credit or pay a fee to save your selection.

Helpful Tips

Each time you want to view a resume you must have credit or pay a fee. But if you purchase to save your resume selection(s) instead of viewing it, you can view that resume as many times as you want. Without having to pay a fee or purchase credit each time to view the same resume.

Another way to keep viewing a resume without having to purchase credit or pay a fee is to stay logged in. As long you do not log out of close the browser window, you can view that resume or multiple resumes as much as you please.

Also when an employer clicks the Pick a Winner button (when managing applicants), they automatically save the applicants resume in their My ResumeBay.

 

Confirmation 10. Click the Yes button. Congratulation! If you saved your resume selection(s) instead of simply viewing. You can view them in your My ResumeBay.
