Managing Applicants




This is where an employer can keep track of job postings and applicants.

1. Click the All Job Postings link.

This link is located in My ShiftBay under the My Profile menu.

When a user clicks the All Job Posting sub-header it gives them a summary of all the postings they have managed. Clicking one of the three sub-links (Postint, Filled, Didn't Filled) located under the sub-header a user can manage that particular section.

Note: Also when an employer clicks the Pick a Winner button, they automatically save the applicants resume in their My ResumeBay.

2. Click the Posting link.

3. Once you have located the desired posting click the Job ID number link.



4. Click the View Applicant/Bid History tab.

5. Click the /a user's name to view their resume.

6. Select a user's name by clicking one of the boxes.

7. Click the Pick a Winner buton.

Note: If you did not choose Employer's Choice as a posting method and you have chosed Reverse Bidding or Take This Job Now. Then you will receive a confirmation via email declaring the winner over the posting.

 



Resume

While looking at the user's resume you have the option to do the following:

A. Invite to bid - giving a user an invitation to apply on another posting.

B. Private List - keeping a list of favored applicants.

C. Block List - keeping a list of non-favored applicants.

D. Feedback - Checking the history of an applicant's consistent performance.
